Thank you for shopping with KOM Apparel. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our UK delivery options below.

🚚 UK Delivery

We currently offer the following delivery options across the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery	3–5 working days	£3.99
Express Delivery	1-2 working days (order before 20:00 GMT Mon–Fri)	£4.99

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed the next working day.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2 working days of being placed.
During busy periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.

📦 Delivery Partners

We work with a trusted courier: Royal Mail to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Deliveries are typically made Monday–Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm.

📍 Delivery Instructions

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, the courier may:

Leave your parcel in a safe place, or
Attempt redelivery or provide collection details via card or email.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we can’t change them once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Delivery

Please note we do not offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom.
